I have been going to Wheaton Prairie Dental for various years and I highly appreciate their service: Dr. Balaney is very attentive, their billing is accurate (I have received refunds several times after insurance covered more than expected); and don't try to push you service that is not needed. But most importantly, I would like to highlight the exceptional service of Caylee, one of their dental hygienists. She does an EXCELLENT job! I have been cleaning my teeth with her for various years. My teeth is very sensitive since I have recession in my teeth. Every time that I go clean with teeth with her (and I only go with her since the first time that I went to Wheaton Prairie Dental), she is able to clean my teeth while avoiding to hurt my gums.
