In addition to doing a great job with the standard teeth cleaning, Maureen translated complex dental concepts into easy to understand language while leading me through x-rays and pictures of my teeth while answering any question I had. Thanks so much! The front desk staff was very kind as well. The whole practice is very very well run. Would recommend to anyone!

Had my first appointment with Wheaton Prairie Dental. The experience was unlike any other dentist office visit I've ever had. Their staff and Dr. Colella went out of their way to explain every aspect and before and after each step asked if I had any questions. Their compassion and professionalize merged delivering a calming and healing environment. When checking out at reception, I was given a complete explanation of how my insurance paid for the visit. I was then given a printout showing exactly how my insurance worked and what benefits were still available for the year. Heard good things about their practice and am glad to report they are better than the best reviews.
Went for first time after prior dentist retired. Upon arrival my reception by Susan was courteous, cheerful, efficient, and proper in every good way. Marcy did my exam and x-rays and cleaning and so on carefully and with attention to detail, explaining what she was doing and what she was seeing and all in a happily personal and conversational way. Upon leaving, I was processed out (paperwork) by Megan who carefully explained each item cheerfully and scheduled my next appointments (2 in my case) with such attentiveness to whatever was convenient for me that it made me want to do whatever was convenient for them.
