If your dentist suspects that a filling might be cracked, he or she will take x-rays to assess the situation. If your tooth is extremely sensitive, you feel a sharp edge, you notice a crack in the filling, or a piece of the filling is missing, call your dentist for an appointment.

This was my first visit at Wheaton Prairie Dental. My hygienist was so nice, really friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I really like Dr Balaney. He was really easy to talk to and took time to explain all my questions. I would highly recommend. I went back for my 2nd visit today and had two fillings repaired due to some additional decay. I continue to be impressed Dr Belaney is so nice and is a great communicator and kept me updated on what was going on.
